Can I use the turbotax 2014 disc

Unfortunately, no.

You can't use the 2014 disc, or any other prior product, to complete your current 2018 tax return.

With all the changes to the tax laws each year, this year in particular, you will need to use the current program.

2018 will not run on Vista. You can still use TT Online (web).
