Can i use the same turbotax deluxe program that i used to do my personal taxes for my small real estate rental business or do i have to purchase another software

You can enter your income as a Sole Proprietor in the Deluxe program, however you can't deduct your expenses. You would have to upgrade to Self-Employed to deduct expenses.
