not sure what you mean but 2019 can not be e-filed with Turbotax. It must be printed and mailed and attachment of any withholding forms is required

If you are asking can you use the AGI on your 2019 tax return to efile a 2021 tax return, the answer is no. You must either use the 2020 AGI or if you didn't file a 2020 return, try using the number 0 (zero) in place of the AGI.
