If you need to file a Form 1040 personal income tax return for your father, yes, you can use TurboTax Home & Business for that.

If you need to file a Form 1041 estate income tax return for your father's estate, you cannot use TurboTax Home & Business. You need TurboTax Business for that. TurboTax Business is a different product from TurboTax Home & Business.

If you need to file a Form 706 estate tax return for your father's estate, TurboTax does not have a product for estate tax. You should seek professional help if you have to file an estate tax return.

You should take a look at IRS Publication 559, "Survivors, Executors, and Administrators," and decide how much you think you can handle on your own. You can download Publication 559 from the following link on the IRS web site.
