I had in home infusion service that home health administered but Medicare did not pay for drug approx (800.00)

You can include what you personally paid for under "medical expenses" in the credits and deductions section of Turbotax.  

The money you paid will only help lower your taxes if your total medical expenses are over 7.5% of your adjusted gross income AND you are able to itemize your deductions.
