No...file each year separately.....and pay for each separately.

IF you are filing a 2017 tax return (or earlier)  that must be sent in by you on paper. Each year in a separate envelope with it's payment.

Considering your prior posts, 

I hope you realize those prior years (2017 and before) can only be prepared using the desktop software, since the Online software can only be used for a 2018 tax filing now.  And some of your years may have required you to just prepare using paper forms form the IRS since TTX only provides software for the last 3 years.
