Compare your return with last year.  What lines don't you understand?  There were several changes for 2022.   Several things went back to the old rules, like the EIC and Child Tax Credits.  But basically your  W2 withholding and credits was just enough to cover the tax on your income.  At least you don't owe a tax due or let the IRS hold your money all year without paying you interest.
