You may have to describe the roadblock in more detail.
The activation code should also be shown in your account where you retrieve the download. Are you not able to find the account with your download? We may be able to help you in this forum to find your download account.
Did you buy it directly from Intuit? It's in the email titled "Your order confirmation". If you can't find that go to this page and you should see the download and code.

@John Rose This is a public Internet forum. For your privacy and security you should not post personal info in this public forum. No telling who might call you to spam you or pretend to be from TurboTax to try to scam you. No one can phone you from this user community forum.
The forum wouldn't have normally let you post the phone number, or the filter would have redacted it. But the way you styled it circumvented that. You can remove it by editing your post above. To do that go back to your comment and in the upper right corner of that specific comment there is a 3-dot icon. Click that and in the dropdown menu choose EDIT. I've also notified a Moderator to remove it in case you are unable to do it.
Try this link to retrieve a download. If you can't find the download you purchased with this link, then you likely have multiple accounts.
If it's not there, here's how to look for multiple accounts. (or you can phone TurboTax Support as I'll mention at the end of this long post).
To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below. Try using your phone number first. After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.
NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.
If still no luck after running that on your phone number and email address(es) that you can access, here's another method:
Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, and choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
If you still can't find it after all that, here's how to phone TurboTax Support. It will either provide a phone number or schedule a callback. They open at 5AM Pacific (8AM Eastern)
Where the contact form asks what product you are using, be sure in the dropdown menu to indicate "CD/download" and the proper operating system, then indicate which Edition.
Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week

I just checked mine and while I have not purchased Turbotax from Amazon, I did have an activation key for another product that I had purchased. I can't believe it wasn't on the page where you downloaded in the first place, you probably just didn't see it.
If you do not see it there, contact Amazon, not this board.
