You can make those changes if you have not filed your tax return and it has not been accepted. Have you file your return?

Since your return has already been accepted, you will have to file an amended tax return to remove the dependent and add the additional W-2.  You should wait until you receive your refund before submitting the amended return.  The software won't be ready until next month anyway.  So, you can come back then, after you receive your tax refund, and TurboTax will walk you through the amendment process.
