Can i Switching from TurboTax online to my computer this year, and want to import information from last year so I don't have to re-enter all information

To access your prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download .tax file

Another  way is to start a 2017 Online return and transfer into that.  Then you can download the .tax2017 file from online and just OPEN it in the Desktop program.
