Can I switch to Deluxe instead of Premier without having to start all over? I'm not sure why the Premier was advised for me if I don't need it. I've always used Deluxe.

I understand. Currently, there is not a way to downgrade to Deluxe from Premier without using the "clear and start over" feature. TurboTax will prompt upgrades based on forms and information you enter as you go through your taxes. Common triggers for upgrade from Deluxe to Premier include Supplemental Income and Loss, including rental property.

Downgrade instructions:

•  In TurboTax Online, you can clear and start over as long as you haven't paid or registered yet (free users are asked to register their accounts before they file).
• Please note that "clear and start over" will remove/delete all data you have entered Both Federal and State
