I completed my entire return and cannot submit. i keep getting a message the IRS hasnt finalized one or more of my forms

No, you cannot submit a return if the return contains forms that have not yet been finalized.  Do you know what form it is?   There are a few forms still not available; you can use these charts to see when the forms will be ready.    There are forms scheduled to be finalized on 02/26, so you may be able to finish your e-filing this weekend.

• Form 4684 - If you had a net disaster loss, this will also hold up Schedule A (itemized deductions)
