Can I still use Turbo Tax to file my 2018 tax return today, April 29th, after the deadline? I am due a refund and do not owe any taxes.

Yes you can still use TurboTax to prepare and file your 2018 tax return. E-filing for 2018 is open until October 15, 2019. If you are getting a refund there is no penalty for filing after the Arpil 15 deadline.
