I've filed electronically for at least 6 years and used the same bank account throughout that time. My AGI was well below the limit for both 2018 and 2019.

The IRS can look at your 2018 or 2019 return to issue a stimulus check. If they do not have a 2018 return then you may be waiting for them to finish processing 2019 before they will be able to use it to issue your stimulus check.
TurboTax would have no information concerning the status of a stimulus payment.
Only the IRS controls when and if a stimulus payment is distributed.

If the stimulus is not issued by the end of the year you will be able to apply for it on the 2020 return you file next year.
there is a 'settle up' as part of the 2020 tax return. Look at line 30 of form 1040 - that is where any additional stimulus due you will appear.
I am kinda surprised you filed for 2018 and 2019 and didn't receive a stimulus payment. Beyond the link provided by @Critter-3 , you might also check the eligibility link...

Thanks. Both my 2018 and 2018 were already processed. My question was really about whether the stimulus is delayed for those who filed late this year. As it stands I get the status unavailable from IRS website.
The IRS was issuing stimulus checks until the end of the year ... so if they don't get to yours you can apply for the credit on the 2020 return you file next year.
