Can I still fill my spouse 1099G from 2020 even though is already past because last year my spouse didn't receive her 1099G

Income is taxed based on the laws for the year it was earned. You need to make it part of the 2020 tax return. For 2020:

What is the 1099G for?  Unemployment or something else?   How much is it?   If it is under 10,200 you might not need to enter it.   Was there any withholding taken out?
