Then you will have to print and mail your return this year.  Then the IRS will investigate and determine who is able to claim him.

Is there anything that will happen other than them seeing she willfully went against the courts orders and paying back what she received over what she should have. It is a legal order and you file saying you are Filing a legally. also done at H&R Block should I talk to them. Its a small town branch.
