Hello,

This is Ruth and I couldn't find my answer to my question. Could you please send it to me in my email please it's [email address removed]. I had got married in August of 1990 and separated in September of 1991 but I never got it legalized through the court. I love in Georgia and he's somewhere in New York and I don't know his social security number or whether he's applying for the stimulus check also. Please help me so that I can apply. I haven't filed taxes because I don't have income at all.
