Can I start over my tax report?

"Once you register your tax return, or pay any TurboTax fees, we can no longer clear and start over" I am on free version. Does this mean I already filed the tax? I just did registration of my address.

No, it does not mean you filed. Registration happens at the beginning of many steps in the filing process. Registration is a security measure to help prevent fraud on your account. Once you have registered, you cannot clear and start over the return.
