Can I speak with someone on the telephone, later today? or do I have to wait until Monday?

You have to wait until Monday to talk to anyone.  The "Live" help is available Monday-Friday 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific time.  No one can call you from the Answer Xchange.  You can post a question here and someone will try to help.

You are posting from TurboTax Live.  You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from  5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday - Friday.
