Can I restart from the beginning or correct my spouse income after the payment has been applied but it has not been e-filed?

You can no longer clear and start over but you can make all the changes you want up until you hit the big orange submit now button at the end of the FILE tab.

You can make any changes you wish on your tax return at any time before filing.

To correct any type of income entered, click on Federal on the left side of the online program screen and then click on Wages & Income.  Select the type of income entered that you want to change.
