Can I rent my investment property to my daughter and her friend and pay my daughter to manage it?

My daughter and her friend want to rent my investment property.  I want to cut her a break on price, but have to charge a fair rental price.  Can I charge them the fair rental price but pay my daughter to manage the home so I don't have to get involved with things like maintenance and collecting rent from her friend?

Sure ... you collect fair market rental from your renters.   Then  you can  pay a manager to deal with the property so you deduct get to the cost and they must report it as income.
