Yes. You have until May 17, 2024, to file the 2020 tax return. Your 2020 was never filed if they were rejected and never accepted. You have three years from the due date of a return to file and receive a refund. The 2020 due date was extended to May 17, 2021.

BUT...for 2020, you would need to print them out and sign-date, attach W-2 forms and any other tax documents showing any withholding...and MAIL them in at the post office. No e-filing for 2020 at this time.
