Can I receive a fund for the bill being passed ? I paid taxes in 2020 on my 1040 form, and a credit for 10,200 is only for that year on unemployment stimulus etc ?

I’m currently paying my 2021 federal taxes also for my unemployment-stimulus refund. So basically people that chose not to have 10% are getting a credit in the bill for 2020 only, and I paid a good amount in taxes since April 11th 2020 ? I already received my check also. Thank You.
