Can I receive $39.99 fee back; received no help on line or via phone

I paid $39.99 for upgade but did not get help on line or a

return call. I do not have a printer and my reason was to have

my info forwarded to another email for a friend with a printer. Would appreciate reimbursement

You cannot email your tax return to anyone via TurboTax. Emailing a tax return is unsafe. If you used online TurboTax, which it appears you did, then you can access your account and tax return from any computer with internet access. So you could go to a friend or family member's computer who has a printer and print out your return yourself.
