Can i re-submit my 2018 tax return electronically after it was rejected by the IRS ? It was rejected due to 2017 not being my processed. IRS has received it now.

I know I can mail it in. I already paid Turbo tax to file 2018 electronically so will Turbo tax let me file it electronically?

Sorry you can only efile the current year 2019 return from Turbo Tax.  You have to print and mail prior years.  Maybe some other place or accountant can efile prior years.

And  you didn't pay for Efiling.  The Online fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail.  You could have mailed it last year.  Did you try using zero for the AGI since 2017 wasn't processed yet?

Entering a 2017 AGI onto a 2018 return does not matter at this point.  That was only to e-file it.  You cannot e-file 2018.  It has to be printed, signed and mailed.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
