Can I put my daughter as a dependent if her mom has already claimed her on her tax return? Or do I just claim no dependent?

If your child has already been claimed as a dependent on another tax return, you would not be able to file the child as a dependent on your tax return.  A dependent can only be claimed once on one tax return.
