No. TurboTax information flows from the federal return to the state return. You cannot use TurboTax to prepare a "stand alone" state return.

If you purchase the federal program AND your state is ready to use then you MAY be able to pay for both the fed & state before the end of the year. In the FILE tab the program will let you know what you can purchase now.
