Possibly.   It depends on several factors.   The most obvious one is that the refund has to be large enough to cover the TurboTax fees plus a $40 service fee for that option ($45 for Califonia filers) plus possible sales taxes.  You will avoid that $40 service fee if you pay upfront with credit card, debit card, or a prepaid debit card you can buy in a store.
