Can I pay my fees with my federal? Why isn’t it a option when I am getting a federal return? Should I just continue to wait until that option is available?

Most of us here would strongly recommend you pay the software fees with a Credit Card.....too much confusion otherwise.

IF you want to pay with your Fed Refund, Your Fees must also include the extra $40 for doing that....

I notice you are using "LIVE" Deluxe. Did you really sue LIVE to have a TTX agent review your tax return...because that's what you signed up for somewhere along the line. IF you haven't used a Live agent yet, you might be able to remove the "Live" fees.....
