No, you need to report this income, because although it is small, it is still taxable.

Here's how to enter a 1099-INT into TurboTax Online manually:
1. Under "Let's import", choose "Enter a different way."
2. Choose Interest, continue
3. Choose "Type it in myself"
4.  Enter FEIN from payer, payer's name, and amount of interest. Choose recipient's name from dropdown box.

The list of financial institutions on TurboTax is for people who wish to import the form directly from the financial institution.  Some institutions do not partner with TurboTax for that purpose.     For many people it's faster just to manually enter the 1099-INT per MindyB's steps.
