Can i not claim myself on my taxes and still file i only worked for about for months so my fiance is going to claim me and our two kids. Wich one do i file under?

You can still file your tax return even if you are claimed as a dependent on someone else's return.  You will just need to make sure your return is marked that you can be claimed on someone else's return.  This is done in the My Info section of TurboTax.

If your fiance claims you on his return and you file your return without marking that you can be claimed on someone else's return, it will cause the return to be rejected.  

Here are the requirements for someone to claim another adult as a dependent (the second portion of the link below):

Its was i made 5731.40 so does that mean i have to claim myself and he cant claim me even though i didnt work all year. And he made more than me so would it be best for him to claim our kids or me ?

I made more than the 4050 so does that mean i have to claim myself and he cant claim me even though i only worked 4 month out of the year
