Can I move past the 1099-INT form in Turbo Tax if I have never received one? It seems the site will not let me file without filling one out, but I have no information.

Yes, you can.  If you have not filed, here are the steps (online):

• Sign into your account, select Take me to my return
• To your left, select Tax Tools, click on the drop-down arrow
• Select Tools
• Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form
• Scroll down the list to locate the Schedule B-Form 1099-INT, select Delete and Continue with My Return
