Can I mail my original tax return instead of my amended return?

I had finished my return and printed but didn't send it. I thought I had made a mistake so I started an amended return and finished it and downloaded it but now I noticed that there was nothing wrong with my original return. Since I haven't filed my return yet can I still mail my original return? I have it saved on my device but not on my TurboTax account.

An amended return should only be made after an original return has been filed and accepted. Since this didn’t happen, by all means just file the original return.
