Yes, that is what I would recommend. Even if he did not fill out a new Form W-9, he provided his current address and you have his SSN on file from the previous W-9.

Yes, that is what I would recommend. Even if he did not fill out a new Form W-9, he provided his current address and you have his SSN on file from the previous W-9.
