Can I load more than one copy of Turbo Tax Deluxe on the same computer? My taxes are done and sent via e-file, now I need to do another set but can't use e-file again

For desktop versions, you can e-file up to 5 federal returns with the same program.

For online versions, each account is unique. Open a new account with its own username to file an additional return. You can use the same email address if you wish.

The above is true for the desktop version of turbotax. If you used the online version, then you need to create a new userid to do additional taxes, as the online version only allows you to e-file one return.
