Can i just enter the PIN# to correct my rejected file and resubmit?

Yes, if you know the 5-digit signature ID (aka self-select PIN) you used to sign last year's return, you can use that in lieu of your AGI to correct and e-file. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information, (scroll down to the section right above "Related Information":
