Please clarify - is this income that you received from someone who is using an ITIN or do you yourself have an ITIN?
If it is income that you received from someone with an ITIN then it depends on the form that they issued you. An EIN would be required in order to issue a W2, for instance. But you can always enter income into a schedule C as cash received if the form that you received is not working.
If you yourself have an ITIN then there should be no problem. You entered all of the information about yourself when you set up the TurboTax account so you are eligible to file.
