Can I ignore 2018 Vouchers?

Yes, if you don't have a need for the 1040-ES vouchers for 2018, you may disregard them.

They print automatically if there was a spike in your income for things like a retirement distribution, stock sale, etc. But they are not required to be mailed or paid.
