Can i have paid for TurboTax but it wont let me file as there is a question I cannot answer. I will send $ to the IRS and file later by mail...how do I get my ? back?

The fee for TurboTax is for the use of TurboTax software to prepare your return, it is not an e-file fee.

The same fee applies for TurboTax if you file by mail, or if you e-file.
