If you have yet to file your return, you can input unemployment income by following these instructions with your return open:

Click on Search (magnifying glass) in upper right hand corner
Type: 1099g and hit enter
Answer Yes to receiving unemployment benefits.

If you have already filed your return, then you would have to file an amendment, the steps of which can be found here.
