Can I go back and correct Wisconsin tax paid from the final review page of filing?

This concerns my online filing with Turbo Tax. At what point can I not go back to fix mistake on Return?

Yes, you can go back through your federal and state returns and fix any mistakes until your returns are submitted. 

Once you select the Transmit my returns now button, your returns are electronically sent to the government and no changes can be made.

App. Would not let me do this. Person I talked with said I will receive a rejection letter from revenue and could correct then. I was. OK with that. Thank you

If it slides past Wisconsin, and gets accepted, you will be able to log back in and amend the tax return. Here is a link illustrating how to amend.
