you must get your AGI from your last tax return (2018)
Look for the line labeled "adjusted gross income"
If you can't e-File, you can file a paper tax return via US Mail.

Your 2018 tax return shows your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.
Form 1040 line 7
If you are using the same TT account that you used last year, you should also be able to find this number in your Tax Home for 2018
If entering the amount from your 2018 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead. If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:

Note: If you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2018 AGI may not be in the system.

Note: If you mail your federal return, you will also need to mail your state return. You will not be able to e-file your state return.

it is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it like UPS or certified mail. Then you will know the IRS received it.
If you used the wrong AGI, your e-file be rejected. When you get the rejection notice, correct it and re-file.

..for instance..it is common for AGI to be much higher than the $$ on your W-2. Your AGI is the total of all your income for the year (with a couple of exceptions). So that interest income, Dividends, Capital gains, and retirement distributions(not rolled over) all add into that AGI value. For 2018, that is on line 7 of the 2018 form 1040.
But Read the following if you are having trouble e-filing....in certain special situations, a zero used for the 2018 AGI (like maybe you paper-filed 2018 late, or didn't file 2018 at all) will let it go thru:

What forms do I mail and do I mail rosa W-2019 and can i get the address to mail the forms please
When you print a return for mailing it prints with mailing instructions; the forms you are supposed to mail print out for you, as well as the address (es) to use. If you mailing federal and state they go to separate addresses.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
