Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

Can I get my old tax returns if I don't remember the email address or phone number I used? I have the same SSN.

The IRS does not have all my years of work on file. Only two... I have filed every year with different services. One is TurboTax. I don't remember my old emails or phone numbers.

Well the IRS and Turbo Tax only go back about 7 years.  How to view all your accounts

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.

If you used other tax software, we cannot help you find the returns prepared somewhere else.  But the IRS saves returns for seven years.    You can pay the IRS $43 for a copy of a tax return:

You can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $43, an actual copy of your tax return.
