Can I get my fees back if I did not order Deluxe Vesions But was charged Fees though it was supposed to be free?

Due to IRS adding new changes within the Schedules, there are now situations in which an upgrade may be needed. Because of this, it is possible that you may have added an add on that required an upgrade or an extra charge.
