Can I get help with based on the information I provided they changed form 1040 to correct my account. Amount due 14,806.00 ? Also need to file 2025 taxes?

If the IRS changed your return to have an amount due, and you cannot afford to pay that, you would need to contact them to set up a payment plan. If you do not agree with their changes you can contact them and let them  know why you do not agree and provide them with additional information to support your opposition.  You may want to contact a local tax professional for help and advice for your specific circumstances.
