Can I get help on finding out if my sister claimed my daughter in the taxes? My daughter janinna lives with me whom I am her mother

If you believe that your sister claimed your daughter, unfortunately, you will have to file your income tax return by mail.

Once the IRS receives both returns, they will contact you and your sister and decide who should get to claim the child as a dependent.
