Can I get a refund for the tax preparation fees if I'm not using turbotax anymore? My tax return keeps getting rejected.

Used TurboTax Deluxe Online. Was charged for the tax preparation fees. However, my tax return keeps getting rejected. Can I receive a refund for for the tax preparation fees I don't plan on continuing with TurboTax?

No, you cannot, unfortunately.  You have paid for the program and the usage of it to file your return.  What is the reason for the rejection?  Please see the information below.  If this is regarding an incorrect 2017 AGI, your return will be rejected even you go somewhere else.  This is the requirement set by the IRS, not TurboTax.  If you used TurboTax last year or have the original copy of your 2017 return, see here 2017 AGI.  Or The best and fastest way to access the 2017 AGI is to order a transcript from the IRS.  Click here Get Transcript and select "Get Transcript Online " On the transcript, look under section "Adjustment to Income" and find the amount for Adjusted Gross Income.
