Can I get a refund for an accidental purchase? I was charged for filing 2019 taxes, and I don't have any intention to file 2019 taxes right now.

This is the public user forum.  No one here can access your account or authorize any sort of refund for you.  You can make your request with Customer Support.  Use the word ”billing” instead of the word “refund.”

It's too early to file 2019 anyway.  By paying now you have locked in the current price in case it goes up later like it usually does on March 1.   It is good until Oct 15 when Efiling closes.  So come back next year when you get all your tax forms to file.  Just log back into your account to finish.  No hurry.
