No income but collect ADD and support my husband and had insurance by Obama care for over 1/2 a year. Do I file income taxes?

Yes, but Social Security Disability (SSD) is not income for tax purposes.  If you have no other income, then you will only have a Form 1040 and IRS Form 8962 Premium Tax Credit in your return. 

If your husband received Advance Premium Tax Credit, you will need to file a return to reconcile the Advance Premium Tax Credit with the amount of credit actually allowed.  If you received a Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement and did not receive advance payments of the credit, you will file a return to determine if you are eligible for the premium tax credit.
