You have to file each year separately. The time doesn't matter only the total income for each year.
You can't do a prior year return online or efile it, but you can buy the download desktop versions for the last 3 years from Turbo Tax here....
http://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products.jsp
Or you can check for Turbo Tax for all years on Ebay or Amazon, etc.
Either way you will have to print and mail in your return. And if you are doing more than 1 year, send each year in a separate envelope. Sometimes the IRS will just staple all the sheets together and miss a second return. Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. Don't forget state. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
Or if you have a simple return you can get the blank forms from the IRS and fill them in by hand for free. I have a list of some of the basic ones I can post a direct link to.
For blank prior year IRS forms go to

You can file tax returns for 2017 and for 2018. The income you enter is not for the "months" that you worked. You just enter what you made during the tax year. The months you worked are irrelevant. But you need to file TWO tax returns--one for each year. You cannot combine the income on one tax return. Each year has its own forms and software. And...the tax laws for 2017 and 2018 are very different.
You cannot use the online program. Online is only for 2020 returns--no other year.
Online preparation and e-filing for 2017, 2018 and 2019 is permanently closed.
To file a return for a prior tax year
If you need to prepare a return for 2017, 2018, or 2019 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.
Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
Note: The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac. It cannot be used on a mobile device.
If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline. If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.
If you would prefer to prepare the returns on paper yourself to save money instead of paying for software:

See IRS Pub 501 for who must file, depending on your income and circumstances.
If tax was withheld, and you had little income, you file regardless to get that money back.
